Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the appropriate warehouse address.
Pack Your Item
Ensure the leather goods are in their original, unused condition and securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Send your item back using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
